Voting Changes beginning in 2017: Owners of combined lots will be allowed one vote per each assessed lot. So if the owner of a combined lot (2 or more lots combined and assessed as a single lot) is billed as a single lot, they will be allowed a single vote.
Mandatory Trash Services:

Please identify yourself as a Hermitage Hills Subdivision resident.
In accordance with the amendment to the Indentures passed in 2019, as of October 1, 2019 all owners and residents in the subdivision are now required to use a single trash service. The purpose of this is to reduce the damage and wear on our streets casued by multiple trash companies' trucks on our streets everyday. A vote was taken in 2024 and the owners chose Woody and Sons Disposal to be the single provider. They offe rthe subdivision a group rate, a free 95-gallon trash bin, and annual free bulk pickup day. They also offer recycling and yard waste pickup services.
The trash pickup day for the subdivision is Monday. Service will be delayed till the following day for these holidays: New Year's Day. Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
There will be a $50.00 per month fine assessed to any owner found not in compliance of using the designated trash service.
Snow Plowing: The subdivision has a 2-tier plan for snow plowing. For snow falls of 1-3 inches, only the steep hills and entrances will be plowed and salted. For snow falls greater than 3 inches all the paved roads will be salted and plowed and needed. This is to save the owner's money entrusted to the HOA and help keep assessments low.
